     I had practiced athletics and dance when I was younger, but when I got to university, I stopped. My feet were simply there to support my body. Recently, I started running and walking again, but my feet began to hurt a lot. Interestingly, **the pain started when I began using my body again**, to explore, to walk, to run… to really **use it**.
