sketches:

maybe it would need bases / supports at the feet so it can't “zusammenklappen”? maybe I'm underestimating the sturdiness of wood


rough bench sketches (looks kind of picnic-y. has the shelf space at half height of the original H.A.M.M.E.R. bench, might get the backrest of it as well [although resting against a side might create a leverage effect and make it unstable?])



will it need braces? maybe on one side to make it more stable and leave an entrance for the shelf space?





maybe the boards for seating & shelf space can be detached and the bench disassembled for storage? (unstable?)
